Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is how refunds work for our digital products.

Digital products

Our products are delivered as instant digital downloads, so they cannot be returned. Because they are delivered immediately, refunds are handled as described below.

When we refund

• The file is damaged, missing or will not open, and we cannot fix it.
• The product is materially different from its description.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

Satisfaction window

If the Starter Kit is not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of purchase and tell us what was missing. We will review your request and, where appropriate, refund the order.

How to request a refund

Visit our contact page with your order number and a short description. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take several business days to show them.

Access after a refund

Once a refund is issued, your download access ends and you should delete your copies of the product.
