This policy explains what personal information MYVA Academy collects, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account and order details: name, email address, billing address and order history.
  • Payment information: handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Messages you send us.

How we use it

  • To process orders and deliver downloads.
  • To provide support and respond to messages.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
  • To improve the site, and, with your consent, to send updates you can unsubscribe from.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the store, such as the cart and your login. Where we use analytics or advertising cookies, we ask for your consent first. You can change your browser settings to block cookies, though parts of the store may stop working.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, such as hosting, payment processing and email delivery, and where the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online system is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw marketing consent, by contacting us. Some records may need to be kept for legal reasons.

Workbook data

Answers you enter in the Starter Kit workbook stay in your own browser. We do not receive or store them.

Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

AI idea finder

If you use the MYVA Creator idea finder, the text you type into it is sent to a third-party AI service (such as Google, Groq or Anthropic) so it can generate your ideas. Please do not enter private or personal information. Some providers may keep or use submitted text under their own terms. We also store a small record of your free credits and daily usage limits.
