MYVA Academy sells educational digital products such as workbooks and templates. They are for education and planning only.

Licence

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business or client projects. You may sell original products you create using it. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the unmodified product or its source files.

Accounts and orders

Keep your account details secure. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or an error in pricing or availability, and will refund you if we do.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products belongs to MYVA Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Your own work created with our products belongs to you.

No guarantees

Our products help you plan and learn. We do not guarantee any particular result, sales or income. See our disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MYVA Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
